Blizzard Announces Exciting News about Classic WoW and Legacy Servers

Recently, Blizzard’s World of Warcraft has received its seventh expansion, called Battle of Azeroth, which the players seem to hate.

The next expansion includes systems such as Azerite Gear, that pushes players to farm a new mode called  ”Islands” and the WoW community does NOT like it, and is already looking forward to the next big thing, Classic WoW.

Classic Wow

Although players have been requesting Legacy Servers for years now, Blizzard refused to create them, therefore fans had no other option than to use private servers. Of course, Blizzard did not agree, so they shut down all private servers such as Nostalrius.

Finally, Blizzard decided to listen to its fanbase and promised Legacy Servers in the upcoming future, while also working on Classic WoW. Fans that bought digital tickets for this year’s Blizzcon event will have the chance to play a demo before anyone else.

Fresh details on Classic WoW

It seems that testers of the demo version of Classic WoW have to choose from two zones.  Horde members will go to the Barnes, while Alliance members will be sent to Westfall.

No dungeons available

Meaning that all characters will start at level 15 and, through quests and exploring, players will be able to level them up. Sadly, as Blizzard confirmed, players will not be able to visit low-level dungeons.

PVP meetings

Another downside is that Horde and Alliance players will not get to meet during the demo. Although, they will still be able to test out the PVP by having duels.

Server List Leakings

An important information, that Blizzard omitted to mention, has been recently leaked.

Twenty Classic servers will be released, which is great news since it confirms that the developer has big plans for Classic WoW.

Limited Play Time

The worst news Blizzard announced about the demo version of Classic WoW is that players will each get a limited amount of play time. After a few hours, members will be disconnected for another couple of hours before they can log back in. The goal is reducing the amount of lag and server crashes, so players will enjoy the game better.

Twitch Streamers Declarations

One of the main questions that everyone might be wondering about regarding Classic WoW is which servers will Twitch streamers join? Seemingly, streamers such as Sodapoppin, Reckful and Asmongold will join PVE servers because they don’t want to be camped by other players.
